Pobore Castle is a true example of traditional spirit of
authentic Montenegrin construction and environment, as
well as great comfort that a contemporary hotel has to
offer. It is situated on the tenth kilometer of the
Budva-Cetinje road, nearby the Stanjevici Monastery – a
place called Pobore, after which the castle was named.
Surrounded by pure natural environment, Pobore Castle is
located on 550th meter of altitude, at the bottom of the
mountain range – where Mediterranean and mountain
climates meet. This encounter is evident in all seasons,
thus it is fascinating to watch snow falling just couple
of hundreds of meters above the castle and at the same
time enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The Castle is built in rustic style and is mostly
made of red Montenegrin rock. It resembles the
castles from the past whose inhabitants were happy
and safe living in it. And that is just how we saw
it while building it, giving it our emotions, our
best days, strength and qualities, hopes and
expectations. |
